This proposal is in development and consists of using quantitative methods to explore correlations between leader wisdom and the citizenship behavior of leaders at the individual level of analysis. A hypothesized measurement and structural model will be used to examine the conjectured relationship. Data collection will be conducted using a single questionnaire consisting of a demographic worksheet, a wisdom scale, and a citizenship behavior scale.
